Judge threw out Joe Jackson’s wrongful death lawsuit against AEG and Dr. Conrad Murray

Family members who try to make money off a deceased relative for selfish and personal gain are just the scum of the earth.

After Katherine Jackson filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Michael Jackson’s three kids, Michael’s father, Joe, went ahead and filed a separate lawsuit against the same people, Dr. Conrad Murray and Michael’s management team AEG.

Thankfully, a California judge threw out Joe’s complaint saying that you can’t have 2 identical lawsuits for the same thing, therefore, since Katherine’s was filed before Joe’s the judge threw out the latter.

I guess Joe’s job of selling Michael’s perfume at a kiosk in a Las Vegas mall is not paying the bills.
