Judge who allegedly had gay affair is suspended

A married judge who had an affair with a male prostitute has been suspended from the bench, officials confirmed.

According to officials, Judge Gerald Price had an intimate relationship with twenty-five year old Christopher Williams, a $415 a night male prostitute.

Williams allegedly told a British newspaper that he had been pleasuring the sixty-year-old father of two for the last nine months and the senior circuit judge from South Wales had rented him an apartment and gave him a regular allowance.

According to Williams, he met the judge, who went by the name Graham, through a gay escort website last September and a few days after their first meeting, the judge paid him $415 to stay overnight at his second home in Dyfed, while his wife remained at their main home in Cowbridge.

The decision to remove Price from the bench came from Lord Judge, the Lord Chief Justice and Jack Straw, the Lord Chancellor.

An investigation is currently underway to determine if the judge breached the discipline code.
