Rumored Greenwich, Connecticut, resident Justin Timberlake has finally asked longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel to marry him.

Us Weekly is reporting that the singer proposed to the actress while they were skiing in Jackson, Wyoming over the holidays.

Timberlake, 30, and Biel, 29, have been dating since 2007.  In the beginning of 2011 they broke up for three months.
