Katharine Ross, the actress who co-starred with Dustin Hoffman in the 1967 Oscar-winning movie “The Graduate,” has accused her 26-year-old daughter of trying to kill her.

Ross, who is married to actor Sam Elliott, filed court document last week claiming that Cleo Elliott stabbed her six times in the hand during a violent outburst.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the 71-year-old actress claims she and her daughter were at their Malibu home on March 2, when without provocation, Cleo “lost her temper and began to threaten me.”

“I want to kill you,” Cleo allegedly told her mother before she took a knife and stabbed the elderly woman six times.

A judge has granted a restraining order against Cleo, and ordered her to move out of the family home.

Cleo has a court hearing scheduled for March 30.

Court documents also claims that Cleo has been physically violent and verbally abusive since she was 13.
