Katie Holmes and Suri involved in Midtown automobile accident with garbage truck

Tom Cruise’s estranged wife and his youngest daughter were involved in an automobile accident in New York City last night.

Reports say a garbage truck struck Katie Holmes’ chauffeur driven black Mercedes S500 around 9:35 p.m. Monday.

It is believed Katie and her daughter where returning home from Suri’s gym class at Chelsea Piers when the accident occurred on West 33^rd Street between 7^th and 8^th Avenues.

No one was injured in accident.

It’s not immediately clear who was at fault in the accident.
