Kelly Rutherford files for divorce

Rutherford, who is pregnant with her second child, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, told E online last month that her Daniel was helping her prepare their 2 year old son Hermes, Gustaf Giersch, who is still breast feeding, for the arrival of the new baby.

Kelly’s marriage to first husband Carlos Tarajano lasted five months.
