A New York City livery cab driver was shot to death in Queens early Sunday morning.

Police responding to shots being fired near Rockaway Park around 7:30 a.m. Sunday; found the 30-year-old victim in the driver’s seat of his white Ford Crown Victoria with a gunshot wound to the head.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not released the identity of the victim or whether they have a suspect in custody.

Fernando Mateo, a spokesperson for the New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers said a reward will be given to anyone with information into the driver’s death.
