Radio talk show host Don Imus has lowered the price of his Westport, Connecticut estate by a whopping $5 million.

The waterfront property listed by Coldwell Banker went from an asking price of $30 million to $24.95 million.

Imus has owned the property for 16 years but spends little time there.

The Beach Ave residence has a main house, 2 guest houses, and gate house.  The house comes with 215feet frontage of nothing but water.

If this house is too rich for your blood then you can purchase rapper 50 Cent’s Farmington, Connecticut 53-room mansion with 37 bathrooms and 19 bedrooms for $9.9 million.

The rapper purchased the home from boxer Mike Tyson for $4.1 million then added several million dollars in construction before putting it on the market for $18.5 million.

The 50,000 square feet house comes with 17 acres, a billiard room, racquetball courts, and a disco with a dancing room with stripper’s police.

This is the third time that the rapper has lowered the price.
