A 26-year-old Canadian man is accused of butchering his parents to death inside their rural Ontario home.

After failing to show up to work on Saturday and not returning his employer’s phone calls, police went to Donald White’s home in Barrie and found him and his 51-year-old wife, Lauredith, butchered inside the ranch-style home on County Road 6.

Shortly after the gruesome discovery, police arrested the couple’s son, Gregory White.

Neighbors said 53-year-old Donald White, his wife, along with Gregory and Gregory’s sister, moved into the home, just north of Springwater Township, about five years ago.

They said although Gregory was odd, they never suspect him to commit such a crime.

Gregory was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of indecently interfering with a human body.
