Melanie Griffith checked herself into rehab

According to People magazine, Melanie Griffith has checked herself into a rehab center in the mid west.

The article claims that the actress checked herself in to reinforce her “commitment to stay healthy,” which is “part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago.”

The 52-year-old actress is staying at the Cirque Lodge in Utah, the same rehab center that helped Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Kirsten Dunst.

In 2000, Griffith checked herself into Daniel Freeman Hospital to treat an addition to pain killers.
