According to reports, information is being leaked about what Michael Jackson really looked like when he was rushed to the hospital.

It is being said that Jackson weight 112 pounds and was bald and his body was riddled with needle marks and scars.

There were four fresh injections around his heart and it is believed that three of them had penetrated and damaged his heart wall, while the fourth struck his ribs.
