Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris, calls her uncle Randy a LIAR

Some of the details in the letter, which started a public feud between Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris, and his youngest brother Randy, have been revealed.

The letter, which was allegedly signed by all of Michael’s siblings with the exception of Marlon, called for the resignation of John Branca and John McLain, claiming that both Johns “failed” in their duties as the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate.  It also accused the men of taking advantage of the family.

The Jackson’s (Tito, Jackie, Jermaine, Rebbie, LaToya, Randy and Janet) are also questioning the signature on Michael’s Will, where he indicated that he wanted both Johns to be the executor of his estate.

“Our brother told us, in no uncertain terms and without hesitation in the months prior to his death, that he despised both of you ( Branca and McLain) and he did not want either of you to have anything to do with his life or estate for that matter,” the letter said.

The siblings also claimed that Michael was in New York City and NOT in Los Angeles when the Will was allegedly signed by the late singer.

What’s the big deal?

When Michael passed away his debt was about $500 million.  In the three years that Michael has been gone, his estate raked in more than $400 million.  Branca and McLain’s fees as executors are HUGE….. and Michael’s siblings, with the exception of Janet are ALL BROKE.

Michael did not leave anything in his Will to his siblings; he left everything to his 82-year-old mother, Katherine, and his three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Rumor has it that Janet DID NOT SIGNED the letter, someone signed her name; however, because Janet loves her family she has no plans to publicly say anything, but she is taking care of it privately.

A Source close to the situation said Marlon knows that the letter is B.S. and that’s why he didn’t want anything to do with it.

What are Branca and McLain saying?

Branca and McClain released a statement saying that the claims had already been “completely debunked” by a judgment in the California Supreme Court.

“We are saddened that false and defamatory accusations grounded in state internet conspiracy theories are now being made by certain members of Michael’s family whom he chose to leave out of his will.”

Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris, has accused her uncle, Randy, of spreading rumors about her grandmother in the media.

The public feud started over a letter, which someone leaked to the media, in which Michael’s siblings, Jermaine, Janet, Tito, Rebbie and Randy Jackson all called for the immediate resignation of John Branca and John McClain, the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate.

In the letter, Paris’ uncles and aunts accused both Johns of failing in their duties and taking advantage of the family, which caused Katherine Jackson, the matriarch of the family, to suffer a “mini-stroke.”

Shortly after the letter was leaked to the media on Tuesday Randy verified its authenticity on Twitter, the following day, Paris called her uncle a big fat liar.

“I am going to clarify right now that what has been said about my grandmother is a rumor and nothing has happened, she is completely fine,” 14-year-old Paris tweeted.

“I’d like to know who made up the rumor….I will defend my beloved family member with all I have, even if it means from other family members.”

Minutes later, Paris sent out another tweet, this time directly to her uncle Randy saying “@randyjackson8 hello dear FAMILY member I don’t appreciate you telling everyone things that aren’t true thank you very much.”

When one of Paris’ followers suggested that she should respect her uncle, she replied: “Maybe he should respect his mother.”

A short time later, Paris removed the tweets from her account.

A “friend” of the family later said that Paris may have feared that if the authorities believe her grandmother was too ill and feeble to take care of her and her two brothers, Prince and Blanket, they could be removed from her care.

So disappointed about all this mess!
