Michael Jackson’s former longtime publicist Raymone Bain said there is no truth to the rumors that family members staged a failed intervention for singer in 2007.

Raymone, who filed a lawsuit earlier this year against Jackson for $44 million, told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush, “It is not true, a family meeting took place in 2007, but it was a business meeting.”

“I recall in February, there was a meeting with Mr. Jackson and his sisters and brothers about a concert,” Bain said.  “There was a concert promoter who accompanied them there.  That is the meeting that I…am aware of…I know nothing else about any other intervention.

On May 12, I reported on “Greenwich Diva” that Jackson’s former manager, Frank DiLeo signed a contract with AllGood Entertainment stating that Jackson’s next concert would be a reunion concert with his siblings, including Janet.  The contract also prevented Jackson from giving any concerts, other than an AllGood Entertainment concert until July 2010

AllGood Entertainment sent AEG Live, the promoters of Jackson’s London O2 concert, a cease and desist letter and that’s why Jackson and AEG Live postponed the earlier concerts dates in London.

The publicist, who said her lawsuit against the singer is for unpaid work, said the singer’s family were always in his life.

“During the time I represented Michael Jackson, he had communications all the time with his mother and his family,” she said.  “I don’t know of a time when Michael Jackson did not have access to his mother…under my watch…I do know that he loved his mother, he loved his father, he loved his sisters and brothers unconditionally.  And Mrs. Jackson and his family had access to Michael Jackson.”
