Michael Mele is still the number one suspect in the disappearance case of Laura Garza

Police released photos of sex offender Michael Mele’s bloodstain SUV to the public yesterday asking for their help.

Laura Garza, a missing Brooklyn woman, was last seen leaving Marquee nightclub around 4:00am Wednesday morning with Michael Mele in his 2005 Infiniti FX35 with temporary license plates.

Authorities searched Mele’s upstate NY home, found bloodstains, and a piece of carpet missing from the living room floor.

Mele, a sex-offender who owns a Quiznos sandwich shop upstate NY was on probation for a forcible touching incident. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail for violating the terms of his probation.
