Minnesota teens, Haylee Fentress and Paige Moravetz, committed suicide over the weekend

Authorities in Island Lake Township, Minnesota, say two 14-year-old girls committed suicide over the weekend.

The bodies of Haylee Fentress and Paige Moravetz, both from Lynd, were found  around 6:30 a.m. Sunday  inside a home near Marshall.

Reports say the girls committed suicide sometime Friday night.

The teenagers were 8^th graders at Marshall Middle School.

Grief counselors were in school on Monday to help students cope with the deaths.

Authorities did not say how the teenagers took their lives.

The incident is being investigated.
