A 31-year-old bodybuilder originally from Egypt who claims he has never taken steroid, will appear in Guinness Book of World Records 2012 for having the largest bicep.
Moustafa Ismail, who says he got his 31 inch biceps from pumping iron twice a day for the last ten years, says his diet also plays a role in maintaining his massive guns.
Although he looks like the cartoon character Popeye, “Big Mo”, as he is known to friends, says he doesn’t like Popeye’s muscle building food spinach.
Instead of eating spinach the bodybuilder says he eats 3lbs of chicken, 1lb of fish or steak and four cups of almonds, two gallons of water and three liters of protein shakes.
Ismail said when he first started working out his goal was not to necessarily get buffed, but it was more to stay fit. He said after his biceps began to grow and he started receiving compliments from people, he started competing in bodybuilding competition.
Five years ago Ismail moved from Egypt to Massachusetts after he failed to place in the Egyptian bodybuilding competition.

What a friggin joke. There is no muscle in those arms. In order to get a bicep/tricep that big you would have to have forearms bigger then a 6 year old girl. Big Mo my ass. Guinness Book just made asses of themselves by this fake.
Agree with you LMAO,
Synthol injections!! Look how smooth the skin is and how tiny those pathetic forearms are. If he put any real time pumping those biceps he would have some definition. Guinness is once again making a joke of themselves.
