Musician Jerry Goldstein, who co-wrote the 1963 hit son “My Boyfriend’s Back,” is refusing to leave his 8,000sq foot California home that was recently sold at public auction.

According to TMZ, Jerry’s Pacific Palisades mansion was recently foreclosed on and sold at public auction for $7.6 million, but the musician has refused to leave the home so that the new owners could move in.

The new owners filed legal documents to have Jerry, who was the credited songwriter of “War” for Sly and the Family Stone, removed from the home, in addition, they are also asking for $666.66 for each day Jerry continues to live there.

Jerry also wrote the hit songs “I Want Candy” and “Why Can’t We Be Friends.”
