NBA star Tony Parker suing nightclub where the Chris Brown and Drake fight went down

Eva Longoria’s ex-husband, Tony Parker, has filed a lawsuit against the nightclub where the Chris Brown and Drake fight went down earlier this month.

The NBA player says the club should not have allowed two people who were in a sexual relationship with Rihanna to be in their establishment at the same time.

In his lawsuit, which was filed on Thursday in NY State Supreme Court, Tony said W.i.P was negligent for allowing the melee to take place.

The San Antonio Spurs star, who is suing for $20million, had shards of glass hit the cornea of his eyes.

Tony, who has a $50million with the Spurs, says his injuries could potentially affect his NBA career.
