NeNe Leakes poses in In Touch magazine with granddaughter

She was trying to keep it all hush, hush when she found out that her oldest son Bryson was about to become a father.  But after someone leaked it to the media, she addressed it but she was very embarrassed that at the age of 44 (yea right), she was about to become a grandmother.

Fast forward to today; NeNe Leakes is happy to pose with her first grandchild, of course for money.

In Touch magazine paid the reality star an undisclosed amount of money to appear in the magazine with her granddaughter, Bri’aisa.

NeNe told the magazine she found out she was about to become a grandmother after running into 22-year-old Bryson’s girlfriend, Ashley Hill, 21,when she was more than six months along.

“I said, ‘You look pregnant,” and she said, ‘Hasn’t Bryson told you?’ But he hadn’t because he knew that I wouldn’t approve of him having a child so young,” Nene told the magazine.

“I was his age when I had him,” the reality star said in the article.  “I know how tough it is.  I didn’t want him to make the same mistakes that I did.  I needed to let it sink in.”

Nene is now buying her granddaughter very expensive clothing instead of saving it for a rainy day, and there will be more rainy days to come for her.

What’s up with the name Bri’aisa? Is this the new Shanaynay??
