New York City police officers under investigation for their participation in the West Indian Day parade in Brooklyn (VIDEO)

Several New York City police officers are being investigated for their lewd behavior at the West Indian Day parade in Brooklyn on September 5.

In a videotape that was just released on YouTube, several revelers are seen gyrating against on-duty uniformed officers’ crotches. 

One woman, in a skimpy costume, was captured bending over with her buttocks in an officer’s crotch area.  The officer responded to the woman’s movement by waving his hands in the air while moving his pelvis against her buttocks.

While the officers were dancing with revelers, the crowd began cheering, encouraging the behavior.
