Nyanda Charley was sentenced to 18 years in prison for killing Neville Webb

Mount Vernon teenager eighteen-year-old Nyanda Charley was sentenced to 18 years in prison for killing a NY security guard on Halloween night.

Charley admitted shooting Neville Webb, a guard who chased Charley and a group of his friends away after they threw eggs at an apartment complex where he was working on October 31, 2007.

Before coming to America in 2005, Webb worked as a prison guard in Jamaica.
