OJ Simpson sentenced to 15 years, but MUST spend 6 years in jail before he is eligible for parole

 With a shaking voice, OJ Simpson apologized in court for his role in the armed robbery and insisted he was just trying to get his property back.

Simpson said, “I stand here today sorry, somewhat confused. I fell apologetic to the people of the state of Nevada. I did not want to steal anything from anybody.  I was stupid, I am sorry and I didn’t know that I was doing something illegal.”

The judge on the other hand did not buy his bunch of lies.  Judge Jackie Glass said, “Everything in this case was on tape, and it’s your own words, Mr. Simpson, your own words is what brought you here to this seat in my courtroom.  The evidence in this case was overwhelming.”

OJ was convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping on October 3, 2008, thirteen years to the day after he was acquitted for killing his wife Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman.

Now Nicole and Ron can finally rest in peace.
