A Canadian male nurse was charged on Friday with sexually assaulting a patient at Toronto Western Hospital.

Angelino Aguas, of Brampton, was charged with a single count of sexual assault.

The alleged incident is said to have taken place on Tuesday.

The victim told police she was being treated by 44-year-old Aguas when he assaulted her.

Aguas appeared in court at Old City Hall on Friday morning.

Canadian authorities are investigating the death of a 30-something year old man whose body was found by Durham Regional Police Friday night.

Police were called to the home on Stevenson Road North in Oshawa where they found the victim, who they have not yet identified.

It is believed the man was shot to death.

As of press time no arrests had been made.

Preliminary findings revealed that the bodies of four people found in a Missouri home on Friday were a triple homicide and suicide.

Police found the bodies of two adults and two children inside a duplex in the 1200 block of N.W. Cheshire Place in Blue Springs.

The victims and suspect have only been identified as a 22-year-old mother, her two daughters, ages 4 and 2, and a 23-year-old man.

Authorities said a relative checking on the family around 2:30 p.m. Friday found the two children in a first-floor room and the two adults upstairs.

Police said one of the adults was responsible for the deaths of the two little girls, the other adult and themselves, however, they did not say which one.

They have not released the relationship of the two adults.

A gun was removed from the home.

Her first day on the job and Britney Spears is already flipping out.

The singer walked off the set of X Factor (US) after a contestant messed up her song “Hold it Against Me.”

Reports say she stayed away for some time missing four contestants on the first day of her judging duties in Texas.

Shortly after the incident, Britney wrote on her Twitter page that she did not walk off the stage, but she was merely taking a break.

“#Britneywalksoff?? LOL” she tweeted.  “Was just taking a little break people.  I am having the BEST Time!!!”

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Britney is on heavy medication for her Bi-polar disorder.  The woman cannot hold a conversation for more than 15 minutes.
