Michael McKean, the actor who played Lenny in the television show “Laverne and Shirley” was struck by a vehicle while walking in New York City Tuesday afternoon.

Witnesses said the 64-year-old actor was at West 86^th street and Broadway just before 3:00 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle.

He was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital in critical condition.

The actor’s manager said he suffered a broken leg and a few broken bones.

Three passengers in the vehicle were also taken to the same hospital with minor injuries.

McKean, who is married to actress Annette O’Toole, is currently starring on Broadway in Gore Vidal’s “The Best Man.”

The accident is under investigation.

Police were called to Queens, New York, home earlier today where they found a 54-year-old woman suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Authorities said 53-year-old Kang Wang used a meat cleaver to cut his wife multiple times onside their Flushing home during a dispute.

Police said the couple’s adult son tried to break up the 6:00 a.m. fight on Parsons Boulevard, near Ash Avenue by attacking his father with a 2×4.

The victim was taken to Queens Booth Hospital in very critical condition.

As of press time Wang was in police custody but he was not official charged.

Two weeks before adopting a little girl from Haiti, the former Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels’ lover gave birth to a boy.

Michaels’ partner, Heidi Rhodes gave birth to their son Phoenix in early May, according to sources.

The couple declined to reveal details of their son’s biological father or what method Rhoades used to conceive.  They adopted 2-year-old Lukensia from Haiti on May 12.

“The Biggest Loser” former fitness instructor Jillian Michaels has adopted a little girl from Haiti.

The 38-year-old reality star took her new daughter out in Malibu yesterday for the first time since adopting her.

I am all for white folks adopting black kids, but come on Jillian, that child’s hair needs some working with.  If you don’t know how to take care of black hair yet hire a black nanny.  Meanwhile, just cut everything off.

FYI, Jillian left The Biggest Loser last year to focus on becoming a mother, and was replaced by Anna Kournikova.

It’s a shame.

Young Buck just cannot get a break.

The rapper’s bankruptcy just left him homeless and now he is going to jail.

According to TMZ, Buck has agreed to serve 18 months in prison for gun possession, following a massive IRS raid of the mansion he lost to bankruptcy.

The online site said the IRS found a .40 caliber Glock 22 when they raided his home in 2010 to repossess his belongings to settle his more than $300,000 tax debt.

As a convicted felon, Buck is not allowed to possess any kinds of firearms.

Buck was convicted for assault with a deadly weapon after stabbing someone at the Vibe Awards in 2004.

His officials sentencing is scheduled for July 13.

Was it a hate crime or a stupid juvenile prank?

A former high-powered executive at CNN is accused of putting a bag of dog poop in his gay neighbors’ mailbox.

After former CNN Headline News President Bob Furnad was told that the incident was captured on surveillance camera, the former executive admitted to the incident.

Benjamin Dameron and Ralph Miller said they were preparing for their wedding at their home in Worthington Manor in Covington, Georgia, when they discovered the bag filled with dog poop in their mailbox.

The couple called police Saturday after they saw Furnad on videotape walking his dog to their mailbox and then putting the feces inside.

Seventy-one year old Furnad, who was head of Headline News until 2001, later told reporters that it “was an immature act in response to years of malicious rumor mongering that I consider defamation of character.”

Dameron told reporters he has “no idea, no clue” they he and his partner were in a feud with Furnad.

Furnad, who refuses to apologize for the incident, faces a $180 littering fine.

Furnad is professor at the University of Georgia.
