Here is a BIG whopping shocker, “American Idol” dizzy judge Paula Abdul is now fessing up to being addicted to drugs.

For a long time many have speculated that the former dancer’s behavior is similar to someone being hooked on some kind of a substance, but Abdul, who finally admitted in the June issue of “Ladies Home Journal” to being addicted to painkillers, always maintained that she doesn’t even get drunk.

In the latest issue of the women’s magazine, Abdul said she had a condition called reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome that required aggressive pain management.

She said she wore a patch that delivered a pain medication 80 times more potent than morphine, took a nerve medication and sometimes took a muscle relaxer, and the combination caused her to “get weird” at times.
