Why is God’s name would Gretchen Rossi from, “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” allow someone to take pictures of her during this private moment.

These pictures were taken from the web site www.thedirty.com and allegedly, Rossi is suing the site claiming that the pictures were stolen from her and are being used without her permission.
