Plant City, Florida gang member Fransisco Rangel shot and killed two people causing authorities to shut down schools in the area

 A Plant City, Florida man led police deputies on manhunt chase that caused public schools in Plant City to be lockdown.

Thursday, Fransisco Rangel led deputies on a car chase through Plant City after shooting two men in a parked car. During the chase, Rangel exited his vehicle and began firing his gun, a bystander; fifty-eight year old Candelario Lagunes was shot and killed. Rangel then escaped on foot.  

Friday afternoon, police were still looking for Rangel, and authorities shut down all schools and a planned Christmas Parade.

Rangel a known gang member was finally caught and booked.
