Police: Ahmad Otak stabbed Kimberley Frank, 17, and Samantha Sykes to death in Wakefield apartment

A 19-year-old British boy is accused of stabbing to death two teenage girls in an apartment in West Yorkshire over the weekend.

Police were called to an apartment on Barden Road, in the Eastmoor area of Wakefield, early Saturday morning where they found, 17-year-old Kimberly Frank and 18-year-old Samantha Sykes suffering from stab wounds.

The teenagers, both from California Drive, Horbury, West Yorkshire, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Nineteen-year-old Ahmad Otak, of Wakefield, was arrested and charged with murder, kidnap, false imprisonment and possessing bladed instrument in a public place.

He is due to appear at Wakefield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

It is unclear whether the suspect was known to his victims.
