Police are investigating Adnan Ghalib in an hit and run accident

Cops are investigating paparazzo dude Adnan Ghalib, who lived large for a NY minute on Britney Spears’ dime, for running over a process server with his car.

Yesterday morning, a process server went to Ghalib’s apartment to give him legal papers ordering him to appear in court, in the restraining order case that Britney has filed against him.  He was not at home, so the server decided to wait for him.

While the server was waiting for him, he rolled up in his Benz, and when he saw the server, he drove away, hitting the man with his car.

The server called the police and when they arrived, the server was badly bruised.
