Police: Richard Cohen stabbed his elderly mother, Anne, to death inside her Flatbush home

A 31-year-old New York City man is accused of killing his 64-year-old mother inside her Brooklyn home.

Police were called to the Ocean Avenue home around 11:00 p.m. Saturday, where they found Anne Cohen suffering from multiple stab wounds to her torso.

Cohen died while she was being transported to Community Hospital.  Her son, Richard Cohen, who called 911, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

No motive has been released.
