Queen of shoes paid $20 million for unfinished apartment in NY City.

 Tamara Mellon (men, if you don’t know this name check your wife’s closet.  She is the co-founder of Jimmy Choo shoes) just spent $20 million for an unfinished penthouse in NY City.

The 7,140 sq feet penthouse has plans for five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two powder rooms, six terraces, a 40 foot living room, a 22 foot formal dining room, maid’s quarters and a solarium.

The queen of shoes bought this penthouse from music mogul and Seagram heir Edgar Bronfman who bought it last November for $18.75 million after selling his Eastside apartment for $50 Million.
