Reports: Halle Berry fighting ex Gabriel Aubry for custody of daughter

Reports say that actress Halle Berry is planning to take her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry to court to get custody of their two-year-old daughter Nahla.

Us Weekly is reporting that the 44-year-old actress pulled out of the movie “New Year’s Eve”, which is due to start shooting this week, pending custody litigation.

The magazine says “Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.”

Reports say Berry never listed the 35-year-old fashion model as the Nahla’s father on her birth certificate.

It is reported that Gabriel filed papers in December asking to be formally recognized as Nahla’s father.
