Romanian father drives on highway with children in open car trunk

A shocked motorist took this photo of a Romanian father driving down a highway with  his four young children in the truck of his vehicle.

The children, no older than 10, were laughing and enjoying the ride with one extending his arm out in the wind.

At one point during the joy ride, the father drives in the middle of the breakdown lane and the regular lane.

I guess Romanians are all crazy because the person who took the video was also driving.
