According to reports, Weil, who was convicted of third-degree rape in NY in August 1996, was also arrested in Stamford, CT on June 2, for failure to notify the state of Connecticut about his new address.
Authorities said on June 2, 2009, when he was arrested for failure to verify his old address in Stamford, he gave police the Greenwich address, and according to state law, all sex offenders are required to notify the state within five days of a change of address.
