A 53-year-old registered sex offender was arrested for killing a twenty-six year old woman he met at an Oklahoma Wal-Mart early Saturday morning.

Police say Oklahoma City resident James Allen O’Berry was seen on a Del City Wal-Mart’s surveillance camera leaving the store around 12:35 a.m. on Saturday with Nelly Pelts.

Pelts’ body was found  half-an-hour later with multiple stab wounds. It is also believed that a car ran over Pelts’ body.

Family members told police that it was not unusual for Pelts to shop late at night and to discuss her Christian faith with people she met.
