Detroit police said that 18-year-old shooting suspect Jamall Turner surrendered to authorities today.
According to authorities, Turner was one of two suspects who got into a green minivan and “fired multiple shots at a group of teens waiting on a bus,”
It is believed that one of the suspects asked for a person by name before they started shooting at the teenagers, who were just released from Cody High School summer-school classes.
Three of the victims are still hospitalized from the shooting.
Seven people were shot this afternoon at a bus stop on the city’s west side of Detroit, police said.
It is believed that at least four, two boys and two girls, were teenagers who were just let out of summer school at Cody High School.
The victims were transported to an area hospital.
No arrests have been made.
