Suicidal man tried to hurl his daughter, two, out of eighth-floor window

A Chinese father, who tried to throw his two-year-old daughter out of their apartment eighth-floor window, hung the half-naked toddler by her feet upside down while officers try to convince him not to do it.

An officer managed to get close to the dangling girl and grabbed her by her feet finally saving the child.

The father then tried to commit suicide by jumping out the window.
