Three 4th grade Philadelphia boys accused of raping male classmate

Three Philadelphia 4^th graders are accused of raping a male classmate.

The 8-year-old victim was allegedly attacked in the bathroom of Bryant Elementary School in West Philadelphia late last month.

The suspects, ages 10 and 11, turned themselves in to the Philadelphia Police Special Unity on Monday.  They are being charged as juveniles.

Since the incident, school officials ordered all students using the bathroom to go in pairs.

The advanced student has since transferred to a different school.
