An arrest warrant has been issued for Cuba Gooding Jr. after a New Orleans woman told police he shoved her in a bar.

The alleged assault took place around 2:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Old Absinthe House.

According to the police report, the actor was in the New Orleans bar when he was recognized by a few patrons, who began taking pictures of him.

It’s unclear whether the actor was intoxicated, but he began cussing at the customers and a female bartender asked him to leave.

Witnesses told police as Cuba was walking out of the establishment he pushed the bartender against a wall.

Police were called but by the time officers arrived the actor, who is currently in New Orleans filming the movie “The Butler”, had already left the bar.

A warrant was then issued for Cuba’s arrest.

Oprah plays the role of Gloria Gaines in the movie.
