Warrant was issued for “Girls Gone Wild” Joe Francis

FRANCIS WAS ARRESTED IN LA YESTERDAY AFTER HE SHOWED UP FIVE HOURS LATE TO COURT, AND TOLD THE JUDGE THAT HE HAD THE FLU.  THE JUDGE ORDERED THE SHERIFF TO HANDCUFF HIM AND TAKE HIM OFF TO JAIL.

A warrant was issued for “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis for failure to appear in court in his tax evasion case.

Francis’ lawyers were hoping to cut ties with him today, but because he was a now show, they are now forced to stay a little longer.

According to Francis, he was too ill to attend the hearing today and he is under the care of a doctor.
