What the hell is going on with Lindsay Lohan’s face?

Days before she is set to appear on Saturday Night Live, the 25-year-old D-list actress appears to have had some sort of cosmetic procedure leaving her with a puffy face.

It is suspected that since the fullness is only in the troubled actress’ face then it is likely that she had facial fillers, which is being used more and more by Hollywood stars.

I hope the writers at SNL find a way to put this new look in sketches.
