Why is Shaunie O’Neal trying to change Basketball Wives?

Rumor has it that the scene in the final episode of “Basketball Wives” where Shaunie O’Neal met with her pastor was filmed months after the show wrapped.

It is believed that Shaunie, who is one of the producers on the hit VH1 reality show, decided to shoot the scene way after the show wrapped and after the episode of the Jennifer Williams- Nia Crooks fight aired.

Sources say after receiving negative backlash for the scene, Shaunie and the Shed Media decided to add the scene.

I think Shaunie and the production company is losing focus as to what the show and its characters are all about.

The Basketball Wives is a show about hoodrats who are either married to or have children with men who make more money than the average person…that’s it, it’s nothing more.

The production company, including Shaunie created a TV show that called for lots of physical altercation and these women knew what they were getting into before they started shooting.  So I am not sure why Shaunie is now trying to change it around.

These women, I am using this word “women” very loosely, are not classy people like the Housewives of NY and Beverly Hills.  NONE OF THEM HAVE CLASS, INCLUDING SHAUNIE, WHO WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING MONEY FROM HER EX-HUSBAND, SHAQ

This show is successful because there is a need for this kind of drama on television just like there is a need for the Jerry Springer show, which has been on the air for 21 years. Trying to classy up this show would be like trying to classy up the Jerry Springer show….it’s just not going to work.

KEEP THE FIGHTS AND THE DRAMA!

Remember people….most of these girls were strippers, or welfare people before they met these ball players…..

Expensive clothing doesn’t turn a hoodrat into a lady, don’t try to change these women, IT’S NOT GOING TO WORK!!!!
