A 46-year-old nurse from Minnesota is under investigation for persuading a Canadian student and victims in England to commit suicide, officials said.
According to court documents, last January William Francis Melchert-Dinkel told investigators he used an e-mail address and screen names to advice, encourage and create suicide pacts for the last four or five years..
Minnesota police are helping Canadian officials determine whether eighteen-year-old college student, Nadia Kajouji, who disappeared on March 9, 2008; and found dead from an apparent suicide five weeks later in a river, was persuaded by Melchert-Dinkel to take her own life.
A U.K woman came forward saying that someone on the internet was using deceptive practices to persuade people to commit suicide by hanging. She also claimed the person watches the suicides over the net.
The woman was able to provide Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force with a copy of a message sent by the nurse using the name “Cami.”
The message said, “Most important (sic) is the placement of the noose on the neck as I’ve said before which of course they don’t tell you on any site. I can also die on Friday the 20th too!!..for music I’m having the song ‘on eagles wings’ played…being highly Christian…I want spiritual songs played as it is my journey to heaven.”
The Minnesota Board of Nursing suspended his license in February.

How beautifully you have captured the innocence of children, the purest forms of humans on this planet. Most of us grown ups are also like that when we are alone enjoying others and ourselves. Then we forget and get back to thoughts, reactions and resentments. If we were at that stage once then we have not lost it. We just need to get back there and enjoy.
