Woman falls to her death from the rooftop bar at the W hotel in Washington D.C

A woman, who had been drinking on the rooftop patio bar of the W hotel across from the White House grounds Wednesday night, fell to her death.

Reports say the woman, who has not been identified, was at the rooftop bar around 11:00 p.m. when for unknown reasons, she climbed over the fence on the patio.

Witnesses said she was hanging from her hands from an overhang one story below the bar.  She then fell 10 stories to her death.

Secret Service officers and D.C police are currently investigating the incident.
